"Extreme Terroir from Chile"
It's an amazing chardonnay, very complex finding dried apple, honey, straw and chalk. Great body, bright acidity and incredible length. Minerality and intensity. It extends for minutes. Biodynamic cultivated 2.5 hectares and only 1,000 bottles.
Dulcinea Chardonnay comes from our vineyard of Traiguén, located in Malleco D.O, the most austral and cold appellation of wine origin in Chile. The climate is continental, cold, cloudy, with 900-1200 mm of rainfall a year.
The soil is volcanic Tufa of old volcanic explosions, clay, sand, full of minerals and stones. The block has 17 years of 0.3 ha.
