Grand Itata Tinto is a field blend of a block with 60 years old un - grafted pre - philoxera Cinsault with a little bit of Pais . The bush vines are un - irrigated. Th is field blend is a signature of the Itata Hills and is one of the most representative wines to be produce d in this area.
The slope and the mother rock, granite, translate into plants with low vigor which in return achieve particularly small ber ries and a remarkable concentration of flavo rs. The texture of the tannins and the long after taste is the signature of the granite influence.
A Cinsault with a lot of Itata character, hand - crafted.
