"Extreme Terroir from Chile"
Ein Cabernet Sauvignon für wahre Cabernet Liebhaber und Puristen.
Der kleine Weinberg von dem dieser Wein stammt liegt in Alto Cachapoal und wird im wesentlichen durch die Anden und ihr Gletscher Klima beeinflusst.
Elaboration: Harvested by hand from selected grapes from Maipo. Fermented by the traditional Bordeaux method.
Characteristics: A wine with lots of dark berry and blueberry character with just a touch of chocolate and wood. Full body, fine tannins and a fruit finish.
Terroir: The vineyard is located in Maipo DO. This is placed at the foot of the Andes, delivering very cold nights with significant temperature fluctuations.The terroir corresponds to alluvial, ancient soils, limestone and granite gravel, giving the wines minerality and soft tannins.
