Elaboration: Harvested grapes by hand from selected centennial vineyards in gobelet, never watered; from traditional producers of Bio-Bio interior. Fermented by the traditional artisan method in cement vats. Aged for 24 months in French oak Allier forest 50% new and 50% used; developed by us.

Caracteristic: Dark cherry red, almost black! Complex nose, black fruit opens, predominantly black cherry, blueberry and blackberry. Terroir: Tocao corresponds to a mixture of three terroirs of the Cordillera de la Costa, near the city of Concepción. The first is our vineyard "1914" which is located in the village of San Rosendo.
