Bester Pisco Chile*

Aromen: Ein reines Destillat mit intensiven aromatischen Noten der Muscat Traube mit Akzenten von Zitrus und weißen Blüten.

Geschmack: Am Gaumen zeigt er sich mild und schließt mit einem langen und weichen Abgang ab.

Rebsorten: Muscat Rose, Muscat de Alexandrie

Verfahren: Doppelte Destillation, Doppelte Filtration

Ausbau: Nach der Destillation zwei Jahre Lagerung in Edelstahltanks.

Alk: 40% Vol.

Serviervorschläge: Als klares Destillat perfekt zum Mischen von Pisco Cocktails mit fruchtigen Komponenten wie z.B. dem Klassiker: Pisco Sour.

Ein klassisches Rezept für diesen hervorragenden aromatischen Pisco ist der Pisco Sour Cocktail. Dazu 6cl Pisco Bauzá Crystal, 3cl Limettensaft, 2cl Zuckersirup und ein frisches Bio Eiklar mit Eiswürfeln in einem Shaker oder Standmixer gegeben. Der Pisco Sour Cocktail ist für jeden schnell und leicht zu machen.

Eine weitere Alternative ist Pisco Tonic. Dazu 4cl Pisco Bauzá Cystal, 1cl St. Germain Likör, Eiswürfel und einem Basilikum Zweig in ein hohes Glas geben. Den Drink mit Thomas Henry Tonic auffüllen.
